Paralegal – Foreclosure
Location: Any Kelley Kronenberg office in Florida
About the Opportunity:
Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an experienced Foreclosure Paralegal to join one of the most active foreclosure practices in Florida. We are looking for a paralegal who has managed the full lifecycle of a foreclosure matter, from first legal through litigation, post-judgment, and sale, and who is ready to take ownership of a demanding, high-volume caseload. This role may be based out of any Kelley Kronenberg office in Florida.
Your Responsibilities:
- Manage foreclosure matters across every stage of the lifecycle, including first legal filings, litigation, post-judgment proceedings, and sale.
- Draft correspondence, pleadings, motions, and notices with accuracy and attention to deadlines.
- E-file documents through E-Portal and coordinate electronic service on opposing counsel.
- Schedule and coordinate hearings, depositions, mediations, and examinations under oath.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, judges, opposing counsel, and other legal professionals, screening and directing communications on behalf of the attorney.
- Maintain and update case management systems (BKFS/Tempo), keeping all active matters current within a 30-day window.
- Track and manage documentation produced in response to agency requests.
- Support the daily operations of the Foreclosure unit with additional administrative responsibilities as needed.
What You Bring:
- Minimum of 3 years of hands-on foreclosure experience covering the full lifecycle of a matter — first legal, litigation, post-judgment, and sale.
- Working knowledge of Florida court procedures, e-filing systems, and foreclosure-specific deadlines.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Aderant Total Office (ATO) and/or BKFS/Tempo is a strong plus.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage a high-volume caseload without sacrificing accuracy.
- Clear, professional communication skills with attorneys, clients, opposing counsel, and court staff.
- A collaborative, team-oriented approach, especially when case volume increases.
