General Liability Partner out of our New York City Office

Kelley Kronenberg is actively seeking a driven and experienced Partner to join its New York office, focusing on General Liability litigation. This is a high-impact opportunity for a litigation attorney who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is motivated to take ownership of a robust caseload while contributing to strategic client outcomes.

The ideal candidate will bring a strong foundation in liability defense, sound litigation judgment, and the ability to independently manage complex matters from inception through resolution.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage a high-volume caseload of general liability matters, including complex litigation files

• Develop and execute case strategies in collaboration with senior leadership

• Handle all phases of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, depositions, motion practice, and trial preparation

• Provide proactive, high-level client communication and reporting

• Collaborate with partners and colleagues to ensure consistent, high-quality legal service delivery

• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff as appropriate

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5+ years of experience in general liability or related civil litigation

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active admission to the New York State Bar (required)

• Admission to the New Jersey Bar is a strong plus

• Demonstrated ability to manage cases independently and meet deadlines in a high-volume environment

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom advocacy skills

Compensation

• Base Salary: $190,000 – $225,000

• Eligibility for performance-based annual bonus
