Kelley Kronenberg is seeking an experienced and entrepreneurial Partner to join our General Liability practice. This is a unique opportunity for a seasoned litigator to help expand our firm’s presence across Texas. Whether you are based in Dallas, Houston, Austin, San Antonio, or anywhere in between, we offer a platform that combines the resources of a national firm with the flexibility to manage your practice remotely.
Litigation Leadership: Independently manage a diverse General Liability caseload including personal injury, products liability, and third-party insurance defense from inception through trial.
Strategic Growth: Play a pivotal role in the firm’s Texas expansion, leveraging existing relationships with insurance carriers and corporate clients to build and sustain a local book of business.
Trial Advocacy: Lead high-stakes depositions, mediations, and court appearances across various Texas jurisdictions.
Mentorship & Team Building: Collaborate with our national leadership to recruit, supervise, and develop junior attorneys and legal support staff as the Texas team grows.
Client Stewardship: Act as a primary advisor for clients, providing sophisticated legal analysis, risk assessment, and transparent reporting.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school.
Texas Bar Membership in good standing (or eligible for admission without examination/reciprocity).
Experience: Minimum of 5+ years of Insurance Defense litigation experience, with a focus on General Liability.
Trial Experience: Proven track record as lead counsel in jury trials, with extensive experience in all phases of discovery and motion practice.
Business Acumen: Demonstrated ability to manage high-volume caseloads efficiently while maintaining exceptional client satisfaction.
