We are a national defense firm seeking a Partner-level Attorney to lead and expand our General Liability practice within the Indiana market. This position requires a sophisticated litigator capable of managing a complex caseload and maintaining high-level client relationships.

Core Practice Areas

• Auto & Trucking: Defense of high-exposure negligence and transport claims.

• Premises Liability: Representation of commercial entities in liability matters.

• Products Liability: Management of complex litigation involving manufacturing and design defects.

Professional Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years of dedicated experience in General Liability defense.

• Clinical Expertise: Proven track record in Indiana courts, including depositions, mediations, and trial preparation.

• Client Management: Direct experience acting as a primary point of contact for insurance carriers and corporate clients.

• Credentials: Juris Doctor (J.D.) and an active license in good standing with the Indiana State Bar.

• Business Development: A portable book of business is preferred.
