Coordinate candidate meetings, travel, and interviews on behalf of firm leadership as needed.
Contribute to firm-wide talent initiatives, including employer branding and candidate experience projects.
5+ years of experience in a recruitment role, either agency or in-house; experience recruiting attorneys required.
Demonstrated success in sourcing and managing relationships with senior-level professionals.
