Insurance Defense Litigation Attorney
Location: West Palm Beach, Florida

Kelley Kronenberg is actively seeking an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to join our productive team in West Palm Beach. This position focuses on handling property-related insurance defense matters, including but not limited to first-party property claims, and offers a great opportunity to manage a diverse and engaging caseload.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of civil litigation experience—preferably in property insurance defense—and will thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. You’ll work alongside a seasoned team of litigators, contributing to strategic planning, negotiations, and trial preparation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a litigation caseload focused on property insurance claims.

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and correspondence.

• Conduct depositions, attend court hearings, and participate in mediations and trials.

• Develop case strategy and maintain regular client communication.

• Collaborate with senior attorneys and support staff to move cases efficiently through the litigation process.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar.

• Minimum 2 years of experience in civil litigation, preferably within insurance defense or property claims.

• Strong analytical, legal research, and writing skills.

• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and case files in a high-volume setting.
