Legal Assistant – First-Party Property Defense | West Palm Beach

Kelley Kronenberg is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Legal Assistant to support one of our First-Party Property Defense teams in our West Palm Beach office. Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive administrative and legal support to attorneys handling first-party property defense matters.

• Manage case files, including organizing, maintaining, and updating legal documents and correspondence.

• Prepare and file legal pleadings, motions, and discovery documents in compliance with court deadlines.

• Coordinate attorney schedules, hearings, depositions, and client meetings.

• Communicate with clients, court personnel, and opposing counsel professionally and efficiently.

• Assist in the preparation of trial materials, exhibits, and case summaries.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of legal assistant experience, preferably in insurance defense or litigation.

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen eye for detail.

• Ability to work efficiently under deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal case management software.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
