Kelley Kronenberg is hiring a Legal Assistant to join our General Liability team in New York! This role will directly support a Partner in a growing division at the firm. This is an excellent opportunity for an individual who is eager to make an impact and is driven to exceed expectations. If you are interested in joining a growing team and have a background in defense litigation, this may be the job for you! NY, NJ, and Federal Court filing experience is a huge plus. This role offers a fully remote work option. 

Salary Range: $65,000 - $85,000

Essential Functions: 

• Preparation of pleadings including, but not limited to, motions, subpoenas, notices, hearings, and requests for production
• Coordination/scheduling of meetings, hearings, appointments, and depositions
• Managing deadlines, preparing attorneys for appointments
• Drafting and composing typing routine correspondence.. 

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of related experience and/or training in litigation; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Expereince filing with NY, NJ and Federal Courts. 
• Experience in General Liability a plus
• MS Office Suite Knowledge a must
• Aderant Total Office (ATO) knowledge a plus
