About the Role: Join Kelley Kronenberg as an HR & Payroll Specialist, where you’ll be a key player in our HR operations, managing payroll processing and delivering a welcoming, efficient onboarding experience for new hires. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, people-focused HR professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys a balance of payroll, HRIS management, and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage end-to-end onboarding and support a positive experience for new hires, including orientation, welcome packages, and training setup.
- Process payroll for multi-location employees, handling entries for salaries, deductions, and tax withholdings.
- Maintain HRIS accuracy and compliance, supporting employees with HRIS navigation and record management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for employee inquiries and assist with HR administrative tasks.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years in payroll and HR administration; UKG Pro experience is a plus.
- Bachelors Degree or other 4 year degree preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage confidential information and prioritize tasks effectively.
