Key Responsibilities:
Manage a substantial caseload of complex litigation matters in the realm of construction and construction defect litigation
Work in collaboration with the rest of your team to strategize and execute effective litigation plans
Deliver impeccable client service through consistent communication, counsel, and legal advice
Participate in pre-trials, trials, and hearings, representing clients skillfully and effectively

 

Qualifications:
J.D. from an accredited law school
2+ years of experience in complex litigation, with a preference for candidates well-versed in construction or construction defect litigation
Active license to practice law in the State of Florida
Proficiency in ATO or equivalent case management software
Experience with billable hours, demonstrating exceptional time management skills
