Our firm is looking to add an Attorney to a solid, established team in West Palm Beach. Attorney will independently handle a First-Party Property caseload and be responsible for all aspects of litigation. Attorney will have the opportunity to be mentored by an experienced Partner in this practice area while providing excellent service to our clients on a daily basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage a caseload of first-party property insurance defense matters from inception through resolution.
• Conduct thorough legal research, draft complex legal documents, and provide comprehensive analysis regarding policy interpretation and compliance with insurance laws.
• Engage in rigorous pre-trial preparation, including discovery and motions practice, as well as trial, mediation, and arbitration proceedings.
• Foster and maintain client relationships by delivering personalized service tailored to their unique needs, ensuring meticulous communication and accessibility.
• Collaborate closely with our team of esteemed attorneys and support staff to maintain the high standards of legal representation for which Kelley Kronenberg is known.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor from an accredited law school and admission to the Florida Bar.
• Minimum of three years of experience in litigation, with a focus on first-party property insurance defense.
• Demonstrated ability to handle complex legal issues, conduct negotiations, and effectively manage a diverse caseload.
• Exceptional legal research and writing skills.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
• Commitment to the highest ethical standards and professionalism.
