Your Role and Responsibilities:

As a vital member of our First-Party Property team, you will:

 

  •  Collaborate with attorneys to prepare, review, and ensure the accuracy of legal documents, including contracts, pleadings, and correspondence.
  • Master the art of scheduling, organizing meetings, appointments, and court appearances with precision.
  • Handle e-filing responsibilities with efficiency, ensuring timely submissions.
  • Manage client communications, providing exceptional service with poise and professionalism.
  • Maintain and organize client files and records, upholding our standard of excellence.
  • Coordinate seamlessly with third-party service providers to enhance our legal operations.
  • Approach challenges with a positive attitude, embracing problem-solving opportunities.
  • Become a subject matter expert on client preferences, contributing to our team's success.

 

Qualifications:


- A minimum of 3 years of experience in First-Party Property litigation or a similar role, showcasing your ability to thrive in a litigation environment.

- Proficiency in MS Office Suite is essential for success in this role.

- Knowledge of Aderant Total Office (ATO) is a significant plus, enhancing your candidacy.
