Kelley Kronenberg is hiring for an experienced Discovery Paralegal to join our General Liability team at the Fort Lauderdale Headquarters! Summary 
The Discovery Paralegal plays a critical role in the discovery phase of litigation cases, preparing key documentation and requests. The completion of these tasks is paramount as they will allow the case to progress efficiently, provide necessary information gathering, and allow for compliance with deadlines.

Essential Functions

• Draft appropriate discovery requests to be propounded on Plaintiff, and possibly Co-Defendants.
• Draft responses to discovery, including responses to interrogatories, responses to request for production and responses to requests for admissions.
• Prepare appropriate discovery documents to be produced responsive to discovery requests.
• Prepare Privilege Logs.
• Monthly billable requirement of 150 hours
